Amy Mason

Saluda, SC:  Amy Mason, the wife of Leon Stevens,  passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at her home 15 Lynburg Drive, Saluda, SC.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA, May 3, 1961, daughter of the late Willie Mae Johnson and the late Clarence Mason, Sr. She was a member of the Mine Creek Baptist Church.  She was employed by Freds until her health failed. 

In addition to her parent, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Mason, Jr. and Henry Mason.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Leon Stevens of the home; son, Willie Odell Mason of Saluda, SC; two daughters, Santrica Mason and Tansi Mason both of the home; five grandchildren; three brothers, James Mason, Bernard Mason, and Alvin (Toni) Watson all of Saluda, SC and Thomas (Elizabeth) Johnson of Philadelphia, PA; sister, Darline (Stanley) Dillard of Johnston, SC; six brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law; aunts and uncles; nieces, nephews; other relaltives and sorrowing friends who will miss her dearly.

Graveside Memorial Service will 11 a.m. Saturday 8/19/17 at Mine Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Annette Mathis will be officiating.

Butler and Sons Funeral Home is assisting the Mason/Stevens Family.
