Mr. Charlie Dobbs 

Edgefield, SC:  Mr. Charlie Dobbs, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017, in Self Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Edgefield, SC, son of the late Jim and Mary Dorn Dobbs. He was a member of the Willow Spring Baptist Church.

He was married to Ruby Mae Williams Dobbs who preceded him in death.  To this union three children were born, son, Ronnie Dobbs also preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by siblings, Eddie Dobbs, Flora Coates, Savannah Harris, Lillie Mae Stevens, Eva Williams, Amy Clark, and James (Son) Dobbs.

Leaving to honor and cherish his memory; two daughters, Betty Lindsey of Columbia, SC and Debra Mason-Low of Irmo, SC; one sister, Odessa Dobbs of Maryland; grandchildren, Eugene Jones, Jr., Amelia and Orlanda Martin and Cedrica Lindsey; two great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dorothy Burton Dobbs of Saluda, SC; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and sorrowing friends.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday 7/17/17 at Willow Spring Baptist Church conducted by Overseer Henry Lee Burton and others. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at Noon.

Viewing will be held 5-8 p.m Sunday at the Funeral Home.
