Mr. Bryan Lamandris West

Edgefield, SC:  Mr. Bryan Lamandris West, 43, 66 Promise Land Road, the husband of Davina Robinson West, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at Augusta University Hospital, Augusta, GA.

He was born in Augusta, GA., January, 31, 1974, son of Horace West and the late JoAnn Wilhite West.  He was a 1995 graduate to Strom Thurmond High School.  He was a member of Pleasant Lane Baptist Church where he served as a Trustee and a member of the Pleasant Lane Male Chorus. 

He is survived by; his wife, Davina R. West of the home; his father, Horace (Caroline) West of Ward, SC; daugthers, Kawana West, Edgefield, SC and Unique West, Aiken, SC; stepson, Donarious Strom of the home; brothers, Tony (Helen) Merriweather, Spartanburg, SC, Travis (Renada) West Johnston, SC, Robert West, Johnston, SC and John Wilhite, Charleston, SC; sisters, Lillie Mae Abney, Aiken, SC, Horshell West, Detroit, MI, Viola West, Detroit, MI, Tracey Wilhite, Johnston, SC, Tawanda Wilhite, Edgefield, SC; grandchildren, Jordan Stroman, Aiken, SC, and Desmond Coates, Jr., Edgefield, SC; mother-in-law, Brenda P. Robinson, Edgefield, SC; patermal grandmother, Willie M. West, Johnston, SC; maternal grandmother-in-law, Mary Peterson, Edgefield, SC; an aunt Vanessa (John) Merriweather (whom raised him), Johnston, SC; sister-in-law, Demetrica Robinson; numerous aunts, uncles, nephew, nieces, other relatives, extended family and sorrowing friends who will miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. Saturday, 9/16/17 at Pleasant Lane Baptist Church with Reverend Melvin Searles officiating, Reverend Johnny Peterson presiding and others assisting. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

Viewing will be Friday 1-8 p.m at the funeral home.
