Saluda, SC:  Albert (Bo Diddley) Davis, 63, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 in University Hospital, Augusta, GA.

He was born in Saluda, SC, son of the late James Coleman and the late Catherine Davis Carroll. He received his education in the public schools in Saluda, South Carolina. 

At an early age, he joined the Antioch Baptist Church. During his working life he worked in Textile Industry and the Logging Industry.

Bo Diddley as he was affectionately called will be dearly missed by his family and friends and all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by; sons, Travis Kinard and Albert Davis both of Saluda, SC: four grandchildren, Travon, Travis, Jamekia and Tez; brother, Anthony Coleman of Greenwood, SC; Shirleen L. Bosket (like a sister) of Saluda, SC; uncles, aunts; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

Remembering Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday 10/10/2020 at the funeral home.
