Anthony Culbreath
Columbia, SC: Anthony "Big Dawg" Culbreath, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Prisma Health Baptist.
He was born in Saluda, SC, on September 20, 1960, son of the late Ernest Culbreath, Jr. and the late Addie Mae Taylor Culbreath. He was educated in the public schools of Saluda County, South Carolina. He was employed as a contract worker by Mundy Company.
At an early age, he joined the Branch Hill United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by; brothers, Tyrone, Stanley, and Terry Culbreath.
He is survived by; daughter, Anquannetta Marshall and his granddaughter, DaNila Culbreath both of Batesburg, SC; special friend, Joann Hemphill of Columbia, SC; brothers, Calvin Culbreath,and Heyward (Susie) Culbreath both of Norristown, Pa, Maurice Culbreath of Aiken, SC; Tim (Renee) Culbreath of Columbia, SC, Jerome (Shirley) Culbreath of Batesburg, SC; one sister, Deborah Culbreath of Columbia, SC; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives, co-workers and friends who will missed him dearly.
Homegoing Celebration will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Crossroad Ministries Highway 378 conducted with Reverend Gerald Clinkscale presiding and Reverend Annette Mathis offering words of comfort. Burial will follow in Little Angel's Memorial Park. The body will be placed in the church at 12 o'clock.
Viewing will be Friday 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
