Charlie Etheredge

Washington, DC: Charlie Etheredge son of the late Nathaniel and Corine Etheredge, was born on June 21, 1952, in Saluda, South Carolina. Charlie also known as Kurt, unexpectedly departed this earth on August 18th in Newburg, Md.

Charlie graduated from Riverside High school in 1970. He worked in various jobs with his last job working at Alpha Security as special police. He was a family man who loved to laugh and dance. He was the life of the party. He was stubborn but yet smart and determined. He loved fishing. One goal he set for himself was to get his driver's license. He did just that. Once he got his license, he got a car and was on the move. He will be deeply missed.

Charlie is survived by 2 children son Sean and daughter Shemia, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, four sisters (Lubretha, Ethel Mae, Catherine and Annie Pearl), three brothers ( June, Phillip, J.C.) and host niece and nephews and other relatives and friends. 

Services to be held Friday September 6th at noon. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m.
