Clara L. Taylor

Johnston, SC:  Clara L. Taylor  of 49 Glover Circle, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2024.

She was born December17, 1944,  in Apopka, Florida, daughter of the late Mattie Taylor. She was educated in Lakeland, Florida. She was a retired employee of Mt. Vernon Mills.  Clara also worked at McDonalds and she was a foster-grandparent for GLEAMNS Head Start Center in Trenton, SC. She was a member of Reedy Branch Baptist Church and she attend the Edgefield Senior Citizens Center.

She  leaves to cherish and honor her memory; son, Charles E. Taylor of Trenton, SC; two brothers, Willie C. (Barbara) Taylor of Edgefield, SC and Eddie (Laura) Taylor of Boston, MA; three grandchildren, god-daughter, Phyllis Lott of Aiken, SC; nieces, nephews and other relatives and sorrowing friends.
