Columbia, SC:  Dorothy Ann Weaver Harris Guess, 71, of 232 Glenshire Drive,  entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 28, 2023.

She was born in Edgefield, SC, January 19, 1952, daughter of the late Joe Northern and Tweetie Stevens Weaver. She received her education in the public schools of Edgefield, SC where she graduated from W E Parker High School in 1970.  She also attended Denmark Tech. She was a member of Willow Spring Baptist Church and after residing in Columbia, she joined Central Baptist Church and presently she was a member of "The Brook".

She was a retired employee of Richland County School District One where she worked as a Secretary.

Dorothy memory will be cherish by her son, Leon Ramsey Harris (Hanan) of Columbia, SC; sisters, Sarah V. Lindsey and Delores M. Weaver both of Columbia, SC and Barbara (Bennie) McGrath of Saluda, SC; brothers, George Frank (Juanita) Weaver of Greensboro, NC and James (Rose) Stevens (Cousin/like a brother) of Lexington, SC; sister-in-law, Gloria Weaver of Philadelphia, PA; nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

The family is at the home.
