Elease Kimble Parks

McCormick, SC:  Elease Kimble Parks of 370 US Highway 378 W, the widow of Hollie Parks went home to be with the Lord, Friday, July 25, 2025 at her residence.

 She was born in Edgefield, SC, August 10,1931, daughter of the late John W, Kimble and the late Lula Mae Harrison Kimble.  She was educated in Edgefield County Public Schools.  She was a member of Liberty Spring Baptist Church where she maintained her membership until her passing. Even though she has been homebound for a number of years and could not attend church because of her health condition. She always talked about Jesus and His goodness and her church.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her two sons, Alvin Parks and Hollie F. Parks; siblings, William Kimble, Willie F. Kimble, J C Kimble, J W. Kimble, Rosa Mae Jones and Frances Lee Anderson.

She leaves to cherish and honor her life and  legacy to her daughters, Veronica Parks (Caretaker) of the home and Wanda P. Baylor of Greenwood, SC; sons, Gus Parks, Dennis Parks and Reverend David (Rosetta) Parks all of Greenwood, SC; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four and numerous great great great grands;  sisters, Lugenia Young and Pearline Anderson both of Greenwood, SC; brother, Hayward (Patricia) Kimble of Greenwood, SC;  host of nieces, nephews, other relatives  and sorrowing friends.

The family is at the home.
