Ellen Stevens Bennett

Saluda, SC:  Ellen Stevens Bennett of 130 Bay Janes Lane, the daughter of the late Minnie Johnson Stevens and the late Frank L. Fuller gain the heavenly wings and entered in to the heaven gates of Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born in Saluda, SC, June 30, 1955. She was a 1974 graduate of Saluda High School, a member of New Salem CME Church and Woman's Aide Society No. 126.  During her working life she worked in the Textile Industries as a machine operator.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Earnest Stevens, Robert Stevens and Clifford Stevens.

She leaves to cherish and honor her precious memories; son, Terrance (Keshone) Stevens of Saluda, SC' daughter, Minnie T. Bennett (Robert) of Ware Shoals, SC; `six grandchildren, JeVante Stevens, Javarious Stevens, JaKaile Stevens, TyDreke Carroll, Michael Carson, and Michala Carson; two great grands, Jameer Stevens and Khaleesi Carrol; ; one brother, Lewis Stevens of Bronx, NY; sisters, Louise Mathis, Saluda, SC,  Hattie M. Walker (Russell) of McCormick, SC, Minnie Lee Clark, Johnston, SC, Trudy (Edwin) Frelow, Killeen, TX and her twin, Ella (Eddie)  Blocker, Batesburg, SC; special friend, Silas Hartley, Saluda, SC; nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends who will miss her dearly.
