Columbia, SC: Evelyn F. Lawrence entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Seven Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
She was born May 10, 1949, Saluda, SC, daughter of the late Willie and Carrie Coleman Farrow. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Enon Baptist Church.
She received her education in the public schools of Edgefield County, and was a graduate of W.E. Parker High School. She was a retired employee of Gentry's Poultry.
Evelyn was preceded her parents; brothers Earl Farrow, Lee Willie Farrow; and one sister Betty L. Farrow Williams.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories, son Travis Callahan (Jenevera) of Lexington, SC; grandson Carter Callahan, granddaughter Cassidy Callahan; Sisters Florene Farrow Pixley of Johnston, SC; Geneva Farrow Campbell of Johnston, SC; Mae Farrow Robinson of Lexington, SC; Mary Jane Hill-Smith of Saluda, SC Brothers James Coleman of Johnston, SC, Willie James Farrow (Louvenia) and Bobby Farrow both of Greensboro, NC; a special niece Reverend Bonnie Miles of Batesburg, SC. A host of nieces and nephews, and sorrowing friends who will miss her dearly.
