Mrs. Frankie Holloway Walker

Mrs. Frankie Holloway Walker of 207 Dozier  Road, the wife of Reverend Aaron Walker, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 in Self Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Saluda, SC, daughter of the late Abron and Annie Mae Dozier Holloway, on August 29, 1942.  She received her education in the public schools of Saluda, South Carolina where she graduated from Riverside High School in 1961. She was a member of the Rock Hill Baptist Church and she was The First Lady of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church where her husband is the pastor.  She was a retired employee of Gentry's Poultry where she worked as a supervisor and an office attendant for many years.

She was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Aaron Walker (Reverend) on December 19, 1967. They were blessed with 51 years of Marriage

Those  left to cherish and honor her memory; her husband, Reverend Aaron Walker of the home; godson, Joestavias Holloway of Saluda, SC; sisters, Sallie Mae Williams, Willette (Johnny) McCloud, Adran Holloway and Doris (Macfield) Young all of Saluda, SC, Barbara Holloway, Roosevelt, NY, Gracie Holloway of Greenwood, SC, Shirneata (Dennis) Todd of Simpsonville, SC; three brothers, Abraham Holloway of Saluda, SC, Leroy (Louise) Holloway  and Codell Holloway both of Greenwood, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

A Celebration of Her Life will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Rock Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Johnny Gibbs - Officiating and others assisting.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Viewing will be Monday, 2/18/19 1-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family is receiving friends at the residence 207 Dozier Road, Saluda, SC.
