Helen Elaine Brown Robinson

Helen Elaine Brown Robinson of Saluda, South Carolina, age 75, passed away, Wednesday, September 14th 2022 after battling a short illness. She was born on March 27th 1947, the daughter of the late Pierce Jr. and Margaret Lourise (Dozier) Brown.

At an early age, she joined Bethlehem Baptist Church where she maintained her membership until her passing.

She received her education in the public schools of Saluda County, SC, where she was a 1965 graduate of Riverside High School and she did further studies and received a Bachelor Degree. She retired from Southern Felt in Trenton, SC.

Helen is survived by her son Tony (Jessie) Robinson of Cochran, GA, daughters: Michelle (Jeffrey) Robinson-Elliott of Woodbridge, Virginia; Nedra Robinson,  Fairfax, VA; sisters: Margaret Green of Columbia, SC; Janie Alsup of Greenville, SC; Catherine Brown of Saluda, SC; Lois (Gerald) Alston of Lawrenceville,  GA; Annie Brown and Reverend James D. Brown of Saluda, SC; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and sorrowing friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Robinson; brothers; George R. Brown and Henry Pierce Brown; sisters; Martha Dozier and Glenda Coates.

 A Celebration of her life will be Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church conducted by the pastor, Reverend Calvin Robinson.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m..

Public Viewing 2-6 p.m. on Monday.

The family is at the home of Reverend James D. Brown, 2340 Duncan Road, Batesburg, SC.

Please pray for the family of Mrs. Robinson as they go through their hour of bereavement.
