Johnston, SC: Jack Emmanuel Bethel, II, 64, of 401 Park Street Apt. D435, departed this life Friday, June 19, 2026, in Aiken Regional Medical Center. Jack was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, on October 4, 1961, son of the late Reverend Jackson Bethel and the late Bessie Mae Abner Bethel.
He was education in the public schools of Florida where he was a high school graduate and obtained some college credits. During his working life he was a Golf Caddy at Palm Beach Country Club. He was a member of Hart Spring Baptist Church.
He is survived by; daughter, Janelle Engelique Bethel and grandson, Sire Akeem Lamar Bethel of Lithia Springs, GA; stepmother and Care Taker, Alma Williams Bethel, Edgefield, SC; two brothers, Jeffrey (Yvonne) Bethel of Saluda, SC and Jared Bethel of Graniteville, SC; sister, Jennifer Bethel of Florida; stepsisters, Carolyn (Frank) Nicholson, Johnston, SC, Cheryl Samuels, Edgefield, SC and Patricia (Joseph) Moss, Aiken, SC; stepbrothers, George (Christine) Williams, Reverend Henry (Vernell) Williams, and Jonathan (Stephanie) Williams all of Johnston, SC and Reverend Ellis (Avis) Williams of Greenwood, SC; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends
The family is at the home of his brother, Jeff (Yvonne) Bethel, 414 Travis Avenue, Saluda, SC 29138.
