Saluda, SC: Juanita Burton Jones, 62, of 2077 Old Charleston Road and the widow of Harrison Jones, Sr. passed away on Monday evening, July 20, 2020 in Self Regional Medical center.

She was born in Washington, DC, daughter of the late Bennie Lee Burton and the late Essie Dell Mathis Burton. She was a member of the Manna House. She received her education in the public schools of Saluda, SC and she was a retired textile Worker.

Leaving to honor and cherish her memory;daughter, Kissey Jones of the home; sons, Antoniof (Miyako) Jones of Greenwood, SC and Harrison (Lisa) Jones of Saluda, SC; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren; brothers,. Larry (Beverly) Burton, Saluda, SC, Leroy Burton, Barnwell, SC, Clarence (Shaun) Brunson, Batesburg, SC; sisters, Annette Burton and Gracie (Herman) Lowmax both of Edgefield, SC, Reverend Janet (Ricky) Corley, Trenton, SC and Geraldine Brunson, Ninety Six, SC; sisters-in-law, Hattie Mae Burton, Lorene Morris and Mahalia Jones all of Saluda, SC; two brothers-in-law, James E. Jones and George Jones both of Saluda, SC; a special friend, Lambert Kinard of Saluda, SC; aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and sorrowing friends.

A Graveside Service to honor her life will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2020 at Lockhart Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Elder Sylvester Smith.

Viewing will be Thursday, 1-6 pm at the funeral home.
