Charlotte, NC: Justin “JG” Andre Gantt, son of Johnny C. Lewis and Stacie L. Gantt was born May 29, 1991. He
departed this life on Monday, November 7, 2022, in Jacksonville, Florida.

Justin attended West Charlotte High School and graduated from Central Piedmont CommunityCollege in Charlotte, NC.

He was a member of the Park Ministries. Justin was a character and full of life. He was a lover of the Charlotte Hornets and the Carolina Panthers. Justin was adventurous and always on the go. He had a great smile and had a great big heart. He was a hard worker; no job was ever too great or too small. Justin was employed with the Hilton, and the Ivy’s hotels. Justin was a son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, and friend. Justin was beloved by all. No matter what the task was, he was always there to help. He loved everyone especially his children. He could
change the atmosphere of the room, and his spirit shined brightly. Justin was always there when you needed a laugh, and there when you just needed a shoulder to cry on.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rev. Johnny C. Gantt, and Ms. Irene C. Gantt;
and god sister Martiya.

Justin leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, Johnny C. Lewis, Stacie L. Gantt, and Steven Langford; his children Jumaren, Ja’Vea, and Ja’Teis; his siblings, Stephen, Tiera, Cierra, Cherrall, Kodiva, Chris, Johnece, Johnna, Chrishawn, Dayshawn, and JC. Grandparents, Ms. Freda P. Gantt, Mr./Mrs. Robert (Joanne) Lewis, Mr./Mrs. Patrick (Lula) Glover. Aunts, Jan (Steven), Marlyn, Tongia, Cassandra, Ethel, Kenya, Patricia, Janie; Uncles, Derell, Curtis (Melissa), Robert, Mike (Tiffany), Greg (Kennifer), Teaunte (Concheta), Jeffery (Rene),
Terry, Patrick, Willie, and Jeremiah. Loving cousins Janay, Jarred, Thorica, Johntavis, DeMarcus, Desmond, Antwon, Kesean, Keion, Calvin, Tamilla, Leontonye, Travonna, Tiffany, Lyric, and Jhourni, Godparents, Beverly, Hope (Fred); and god sisters Volonda and Cherelle. Great aunts/uncles Mrs. Minnie (Malon), Mrs. Betty, Ms. Virginia, Ms. Marie, Ms. Sarah, Mrs. Loretha (Clarence), Mr. Leroy (Mary), and Mr. Lawrence (Naomi); as well as nieces and nephews, special cousins, and many long-life friend.

A Celebration of his Life will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Celebration Church, 1765 Batesburg, Highway, Batesburg-Leesville, SC with burial in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 238 Quenny Road, Saluda, SC. Reverend Calvin Robinson, presiding and Reverend Donald Robinson, Eulogist with others assisting. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m.

Family Viewing 12-1 pm. Friday at the funeral home with public viewing will be 1-6 p.m at the funeral home.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday after 1:00 p.m. at the Family Home 108 N. Bouknight Ferry Road, Saluda, SC.
