Larry Sherman Burt

Hartford, CT:  Larry Sherman (Peanut)  Burt, 47, formerly of Saluda, SC, departed this life on Monday, October 30, 2023.

He was born in Saluda, SC, February 29, 1976, son of the late James Alvin (Pete) and Rosa Mae Robinson Burt. He received his education in the public schools of Saluda. SC and he was a member pf Willow Spring Baptist Church.  Peanut as he was affectionately called worked most of working life in construction. He was a Dallas Cowboy's Fan.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Thelma Johnson Burt;  brothers, Thomas Robinson, Cederick Burt, Darryl Copeland and Keith Burt.

He leaves to cherish and honor his memory; wife, Shauntel Williams-Burt, Hartford, CT; brother, Calvin (Kathy) Burt, Spartanburg, SC; sisters, Edna (Kenneth) Dove, Philadelphia, PA, Geneva Young, Edgefield, SC, Ida Robinson, Newberry, SC, Catherine Robinson, St. Matthews, SC, Johnnie Mae (George) Herbert, Michelle (Jimmy) Tyler, Teresa Morris, and Amber Burt all of Saluda, SC, and Shannon Coleman (his twin) of Columbia, SC; step-siblings, James (Perene) Johnson, Columbia, SC, Billy (Nancy) Johnson, Greenwood, SC, Eugene (Letitia) Johnson, Columbia, SC,  Cornell (Clarice) Johnson, Julius (Essie Mae) Johnson, Diane Graham and Sheila (Jerome) Williams all of Saluda, SC, Annette Johnson, Augusta, GA, Loretta (Corey) Williams, Mauldin, SC and Drusilla (Vernon) Redfield, West Columbia, SC; aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

As this family go through this difficult time in their lives of losing a loved one, please include them in your prayers when you bow to pray.
