Linda Staine

Johnston, SC:  Linda Staine, 57, of 742 Lee Street, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, University Hospital, Augusta. GA.

She was born in New York City, New York, on July 28, 1961, daughter of Flora  Burton Staine and the late Calvin Staine, Sr. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

She will be dearly missed by her mother, Flora B. Staine of the home; two sisters, Gwendolyn B. Herrin (George) of Saluda, SC and Marie Staine of Johnston, SC; two brothers, Windell Burton of Saluda, SC and Calvin Staine, Jr. of Johnston, SC; one niece, one nephew; aunts, uncles and a host of other relative and friends.

A Celebration of her Life will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church conducted by the pastor, Reverend  Lewis Burt and others. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The body will be placed in the church at 12 p.m.

Viewing will be Friday 1-7 p.m at the funeral home.

The family is  at the home of  her mother, Flora B. Staine, 742 Lee St. Johnston, SC.
