Richard Mobley

Columbia, SC:  Richard Mobley passed away on Monday, May 31, 2017.

He was born in Saluda, SC, son of the late Richard Mobley, Sr. and the late Fannie Lou Coates Mobley. He was a former member of Willow Spring Baptist Church.

He is survived by: son, Richard Mobley III, and his mother, Irene Chapman of Columbia, SC; daughter, Patrica Stevens of Virginia; two grandchildren, Jada and Jermaine Shepherd; brother, Claude H. Favory, Jr. of Suitland, MD; sisters, Shirley Ann Mobley-Tyler of Daytona Beach, FLA; Theresa Overton, Reahter Butler, Diane Coates-Marable,and Trina Alfred all of Washington, DC and James Anna Wilson of Maryland; brothers-in-law; two aunts;  and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.

Butler and Sons Funeral Home is assisting the Mobley Family.
