Mr. Robert Lewis Smith

Aiken, SC:  Mr. Robert Lewis Smith, 66, passed away on Wednesday. July 25, 2018, in Pruitt Health - Aiken.

He was born in Saluda County, SC, November 26, 1951, son of the late Ira Abney and the late Lizzie Mae Smith. He received his education in the public schools of Saluda County, South Carolina.  He was of Baptist Faith.

He is survived by; two daughters, Shontay Smith of Edgefield, SC and Keisha James of Augusta, GA; two sons, Christopher James of Myrtle Beach, SC and Frank Alewine, Batesburg, SC; fourteen grandchildren;  brothers, Lee Ira Abney  and Samuel Samuel both of Saluda, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
