Ronnie Williams
Saluda, SC: Ronnie Williams, 66, of 256 Graham St, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021, in the Saluda Nursing Center.
He was born in Edgefield County, SC, son of the late John Henry Williams and the late Dora Mae Robinson Williams. He was a member of Mine Creek Baptist Church and Mine Creek Burial Society.
He received his education in the public schools of Saluda County, South Carolina where he graduated from Saluda High School in 1975. He worked at Saluda LiveStock Market until his health declined.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by sons, Terry Young and Randall Rauch; siblings, Henry J. Williams, Micheal R. Williams, John H. Williams, Jr., James Henry Bletcher, Charlie Bletcher, Marie Holland, Johnnie Mae Long and Ethel Daylie;
He leaves to cherish his memory, son, Maurice Williams, and daughter, Belinda Williams of Saluda, SC; eight grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Motlese Rauch of Lexington, SC; brothers, his twin (caretaker) Rudy Williams, John L Williams, Johnnie B. (Lillie Mae) Bledsoe and Ernest Williams all of Saluda, SC, Otis (Patricia) Williams of Mullin, SC and Odell Williams and Cardell Williams both of Maryland; two sisters, Dorothy Mae (Horace) Smith of Tallahassee, FLA and Verna Jean (Lewis) Gibson of Saluda, SC; sisters-in-law, Martha Bledsoe, Odell Williams and Johnnie Mae Williams; one aunt, Bessie Robinson of Saluda, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of his life will be 11 A.M. at Mine Creek Baptist Church wiith burial in the church cemetery.
Viewing will be Friday 1-7 pm at the funeral home.
