Goldsboro, NC:  Tangia Michelle Etheredge was born in Saluda, SC, August 23, 1970, daughter of Betty Ann Etheredge & Sammy Phillip Etheredge. Tangia departed this life on Thursday morning, January 7, 2021. 

Tangia greeted everyone with a beautiful smile and an embracing hug. She enjoyed listening to music, cooking, styling hair and spending time with her family and friends. Those that knew Tangia know that she lived a life full of laughter, love & generosity.  

Left to honor and cherish her memory; her mother of Goldsboro, NC; her father of Saluda, SC: two sons & two daughters, Qushawn Etheredge (Lashay), Deangelo Gaskins of Goldsboro, NC, Rasheeda Etheredge of Orlando, FL and Tangia Gaskins of Lake City, SC; Nine grandchildren, Shikwan Connor, Demiyah Gaskins, Mikel King, Trinyha Gaskins, Terra Travis, Natalia Giarrusso, Gia McClam, Malyn Onwuka & Myla Onwuka. Six sisters & one brother, Diane Etheredge, Quincina Davis, Constance Etheredge, Crystal Etheredge, Tabriska Etheredge, Irish Etheredge & Kentrell (Mellisa) Graham; dear friend, Charles Hicklin; uncles and aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.  

A Graveside Celebration of her Life will be 12 Noon, Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Lockhart Baptist Church.

Viewing will be 1-7 pm Friday at the funeral home.

Family is at the home of her father, 321 N. Bouknight Ferry Road, Saluda, SC.
