Terry Maxfield

Saluda, SC:  Terry Maxfield, 61, passed away on March 8, 2022.

He was born in Saluda County, May 4, 1960, son of the late Willie James and Charlotte Pope Maxfield. He received his education in the public schools of Saluda, South Carolina.  At an early age, he joined Shady Grove Baptist Church. Terry was a migrant worker that took him to many states.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by siblings, Frank Davenport, Willette Nicholson and Larry Maxfield.

He is survived by: his wife, Nancy D. Maxfield of Saluda, SC; children, Terence Mondell Davenport and Terri Danyell Davenport and Torunda Weaver, North Augusta, SC; brothers, Charles Maxfield, North Augusta, SC, Calvin E. Maxfield, Saluda, SC, stepson, Eddie Davenport, Jr.; Willie Lee Maxfield, Ward, SC, Bennie Lee Maxfield, Johnston, SC and Freddie Maxfield, Bamberg, SC; sisters, Sarah (Frank) Pace, Saluda, SC, Gloria Hill and Catherine Lott both of Lexington, SC and Cathleen (Walter) Rhodes, Ward, SC;  grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 19, 2022 New Life Apostolic Church conducted by the pastor, Elder Lee H. Ouzts.

The family is at their respective homes.

A mask or face covering will be observed.
